Thank you for shopping with White Pepper Ink. Each item in our store is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
We want every customer to receive a quality product. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly help make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Please include:
- your order number
- your full name
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are printed after an order is placed, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:
- ordering the wrong size
- ordering the wrong color
- buyer’s remorse
- change of mind
- personalized or custom-made items, unless defective
- delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Please review size charts, product descriptions, colors, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer to reship the item at the customer’s expense.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at whitepepperink@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next step.
Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
